Technology with a purpose.
Stronger schools for every community.
KADEF advances justice, amplifies marginalised voices and supports inclusive learning. SkoolTime brings that purpose into everyday school operations: helping educators spend less time on fragmented records and more time supporting learners.
Lower the barrier.
Free registration and ongoing access help schools adopt connected administration without a termly software subscription.
Keep families connected.
Attendance, parent communication and organised learner records help schools follow up and support participation.
Equip the people who teach.
Support staff with scores, lesson plans, assessment workflows and offline tools designed for real school conditions.
Help more schools move forward.
Reliable technology needs hosting, maintenance and people. Alongside result-PIN revenue, institutional partnerships and philanthropic support can help KADEF sustain access and reach more education providers. Discuss a partnership, contribute expertise or explore support for inclusive education.

Conflict-aware and accountable
Designed around boundaries, accountability and control.
Every institution remains inside its own protected workspace.
People see the work they are authorized to perform.
Published report cards remain behind school-controlled result access.
Public insight is aggregated without exposing learner identities.
Clear answers before your school begins.
Registration starts a verification process—not an automatic public workspace. These answers explain access, pricing and institutional control.
Is SkoolTime really free for my school?
Yes. Private, faith-based and public schools can register and use SkoolTime free under KADEF ownership. There is no termly subscription or paid License Token. Complete school verification and configure your workspace to get started.
What do we pay for?
Result PINs cost ₦500 per student or pupil PIN. Private schools buy PINs from their workspace; public-school learners, parents and vendors can use the public result purchase page. Your school sets its own school fees and admission form charges.
How do parents access SkoolTime?
Use the Parents Hub in the Companion App for linked learners, or the public admission, school-fee and result portals for the service you need. School administrators manage the relevant learner and guardian records.
Does registration activate the workspace immediately?
No. SkoolTime reviews the institution’s operating evidence first. The nominated administrator receives an acknowledgement followed by an approval decision or clear correction instructions.
Can a school use its own website for admissions?
Yes. Schools can configure an external admission link, or use SkoolTime to collect applications, payments and documents through their configured admission form.
Where do admission and school-fee payments go?
Schools use their approved Paystack collection account. Admission forms carry a ₦500 SkoolTime service fee; applicable school-fee charges are shown during checkout. Review your total before paying.
What should I do if I paid but confirmation is delayed?
Keep your Paystack payment reference and return to the relevant payment or application page to check the status. Contact your school with that reference if it remains unresolved before making another payment.
Where can staff and parents find help?
The illustrated SkoolTime User Manual explains school roles, common workflows, Staff Hub and Parents Hub. Official apps are available on the downloads page.
Who owns the school’s information?
The institution controls its tenant workspace and operating records. Access is role-aware, audit-sensitive and isolated from other schools.
Can teachers work when internet connectivity is poor?
Yes. Authorized staff can use supported offline attendance, score-entry and lesson-planning workflows, then synchronize securely when connectivity returns.
Can teachers view and print final learner report cards?
No. Teachers work with assessments and broadsheets, but final published report cards remain protected behind the Result Checking Portal and a valid Result PIN.
Can one school support nursery, primary and secondary sections?
Yes. Schools can configure their education sections, classes, subjects, assessment structures, report designs and role assignments within one protected institution workspace.
